FAQ & Terms of Hire
1) How Do I Book?

2) How much does it cost?
Our prices start from £50 for a 4 hour session. Overnight hire is priced at £30 and is applied if you require the inflatable after dark.
3) What is included in the cost?
We will deliver, set-up, inflate your bouncy castle and then pack down and remove it at your convenience. All equipment necessary for safe use of the inflatable is included such as: blower, groundsheet, crash mats, RCD circuit breaker & extension lead.
4) Do you require a deposit? Can I Cancel?
No deposit is required but we ask that you give as much notice as possible if you wish to cancel so that we can hire the inflatable to others. If there is heavy rain on the day of your event, you will have to re-arrange or cancel your booking.
5) Where can it be set up?
We can set up your inflatable on solid wooden decking or grass. We will not set up the inflatable on concrete, stones, glass, animal waste, sticks, garden toys or any other sharp, uneven objects.
For safety reasons we cannot set up our inflatables on steep inclines - slight inclines may be allowed, but please discuss this prior to booking.
You will need to allow around 4 feet of space in front of the castle and 2 feet at each side to allow sufficient clearence
6) Are you insured?
Yes, we carry full public liability insurance of up to £1,000,000 from a specialist leisure insurer.
7) Is there anything you need from me?
You will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply. You will also need to agree to and sign our terms and conditions of use policy. An adult of 17 years or older is required to supervise the inflatable at all times.
